Soul Doll has announced that they will stop taking orders until they have caught up on a backlog.

Hello? This is SOULDOLL.
We are sorry to inform you a bad news suddenly.
For present, we have so many orders and most doll shipments(excluding some) has been delayed
for a long time.
Although we have steadily expanded production lines for making dolls,
the work did not go smoothly due to many variables in many factories.
So we are informing that we have decided to temporarily stop selling all dolls & parts(including horn/heel feet/hands parts) for the period specified below.
>Stop selling period : May 10th – May 31st , 2019
We will do our best to prepare as many as of them as possible and delivery them smoothly during the stop selling period.
However, the stop selling period may be extended depending on working situation.
If the period is extended,we will notify you again before May 31st.

We have made this decision to provide better service and to produce more diverse variety of products.
We ask that you sincerely understand.
And, we sincerely apologize to our customers for temporarily suspending the sale.
