Fairy Land Sarang Event

Fairyland is holding the 2019 Sarang Head Event.

We are happy to announce return of Tan Skin event for MNF line and release of MNF Iru Full Package.

Please kindly understand that as we are still undergoing recovery process, choice of doll lines and colour of skin choices may be limited for time being.

FairyLand team will be closed during Lunar New Year Holiday period from Friday February 1, 2019 till Thursday February 7, 2019.

Shopping mall administration works and order processing will resume from Friday, February 8, 2019.

In order to prevent clogging of customer service boards, CS board and 1:1 board will be closed and reopened again when we are back. Email inquiries, submitted through dollfairyland@gmail.com will be also left unattended during weekends and public holidays as previously but automated acknowledgement reply will be made during this period. All inquiries are dealt with same amount of importance and it doesn’t make a difference where you leave yours. Some inquiries take more time to answer due to nature of problem / inquiry raised but not a single inquiry is left without an answer at FairyLand. Any email inquiries submitted during holiday periods will be translated and dealt with as soon as possible.

Tan Skin-Tan Skin Option will be available during 2019 Sarang Event Period for:

MiniFee : Full Package, Designer’s Complete, A La Carte (*Renewed* A-line, Active line and Moe line) and option parts ONLY*

*Adding option parts will delay order processing time by 10 ~ 15 business days on average.

Chosen event gift MUST be included together in the order cart to receive it.

You will NOT receive event gift if your order does not contain eligible event gift(s).

Event Contents:

Customers are eligible to receive following gifts for orders priced;

a. $600 or above: MiniFee Head(NS or BW)

– Eligible price shown above EXCLUDES shipping fee.

* Caution : Please note that adding Event head will delay shipping period.

– Order containing a wrong event gift may be cancelled by the administrator and refunded if payment has already been made.

– Order cancellation will incur $0.30 paypal administration fee charged by paypal.

– Changes in event gift types or skin tone is not possible after the order is placed.

– Existing orders (at item processing stage) can also participate in the event if;

* the order is not participating in other previously released event.

* new order containing event gift of eligible price needs to be placed, with request for combined shipping with existing order.

* addition of event gift will affect the processing time and shipping may be delayed slightly as a result of it.
