Fairyland has posted an open letter to their customers on their FairyLand Blog regarding Quality Control and changes to the company. In the statement, the company addresses some quality concerns by some customers. A chart has been released of casting flaws that are within normal range.
In addition, the company has announced that they have reduced staff , mostly on their website staff, due to budget cuts.
