Ringdoll has been working their way through a large volume of orders from their Spring Event. Due to delays in completing them, the company has released a statement.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the delay in delivery after our Spring Festival Holiday in February.
Secondly, we are trying our best to get every order done as soon as possible now.
And we would like to offer you(customers placed orders in our side or from our dealers) some apology gifts:
1. for customers who ordered dolls, we would offer two gifts:
a. a random accessory(shoes, wig or other) valued USD22-USD59
b. a Ringdoll ECO bag that you can use it to bring your doll out to go for a walk(it is huge that can pack our office box)
2. for customers who ordered accessories, we would offer one gift:
a random accessory valued(shoes, wig or other) USD22-USD59
